The hotel has beautiful grounds and a lovely pool area, offering a pleasant atmosphere. However, the Wi-Fi was weak, and limited power outlets were inconvenient. The nearby area felt a bit rundown and could use some attention, but overall, it was a relaxing experience.

Potentially beautiful, but lacks proper care
I enjoyed the lovely large swimming pool and the beautiful garden areas, which offered a relaxing retreat. However, the hotel did not meet my expectations for a luxury experience. The rooms felt tired and may need better attention to cleanliness and upkeep. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic and didn’t reflect the 5-star rating, as there were limited quality options available.

The spacious balcony in the superior room offered a lovely place to unwind, while the pool area was pristine and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the surrounding area felt neglected, with visible litter and some unwelcoming aspects that raised safety concerns after dark. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, offering little variety, particularly for those with dietary restrictions.

Couple getaway not quite luxury
The breakfast was decent,, they had a nice selection and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the massive pool area that was mostly empty, perfect for relaxation.
It wasn’t exactly affordable,, but we managed.

I loved the beautiful pool area, perfect for unwinding in the sun! The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby road. 😅

We had a super enjoyable stay with really nice and clean rooms. Loved the cozy outdoor pool and relaxing solarium area. It was just perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. Only downside was the slight mix-up regarding breakfast charges, which got sorted out eventually, but make sure to double-check that! 😊

The outdoor garden and pool area offer a nice escape, with well-kept greenery that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Additionally, the rooms featuring terraces provide a great spot to unwind with a view, enhancing the experience of staying here.
Air conditioning struggled to keep up, leaving the room less comfortable than expected, especially in warmer weather. I also found the breakfast options lacking. the spread didn’t live up to the five-star label and felt pretty basic overall. Lastly, the restaurant prices caught me off guard, with one drink almost doubling due to a simple request for gin rather than vodka, which felt a bit sneaky and not communicated up front.

A Delightful Stay with Memorable Dining Experiences!

The breakfast view of Etna was almost as good as the fresh coffee served by the staff, and don't get me started on those sweet pastries! Plus, the lush pool area was a chill spot after a day of exploring Catania’s local gems nearby. You gotta hit up Parco Degli Aragonesi for some beach vibes.
